Technology Education

Through technology education, students learn about various technologies in each of the five main areas: communication, transportation, construction, manufacturing, and bio-related technologies. Instructional programs address the development, applications and impact of technologies, now and in the future.

Lab-Volt's modular, multimedia-rich training systems provide general introductions and opportunities for intense exploration in each technology field. Every program incorporates hands-on activities through which students reinforce technical knowledge. These projects also enable students to develop technology-specific skills and essential life skills, such as creative thinking and problem solving.
