  • Common Electrical Modules
    Includes several modules that are part of the Lab-Volt 0.2 kW Electromechanical Training System, Model 8001, including: power supply, synchronous generator, induction motor, prime mover/dynamometer, resistive loads, voltmeters, ammeters, and others.
  • Power System Modules, 3700 Series
    Includes training modules specifically designed for protective relaying and installations into the Lab-Volt EMS workstation. Modules include current transformers, voltage transformers, power transformers, source impedances, a transmission grid, and others.
  • Protective Relaying Control System
    Includes two mobile racks for protective relay operation and storage, including a DC power supply, DC control relays for system studies, and an interconnection panel to facilitate connection of the protective relays to the target system.
  • Protective Relays, 3800 Series
    Includes several protective relays mounted on a metal panel to facilitate installation in the Protective Relaying Control Station. Protective relays include undercurrent/overcurrent, undervoltage/overvoltage, synchronism check, underfrequency/overfrequency. phase balance, phase sequence, reverse power, and power factor.
  • Additional and Optional Equipment
    Several optional modules can be added to the basic Protective Relaying Training System, including distribution busses, a generator ring bus, transmission, lines, distribution transformers, protective relay, and reactive loads.
