Brief Description of the Problem:
The software cannot find the security device.
Full Description of the Problem:
The security device drivers supplied with the Lab-Volt products mentioned above are not fully compatible with all version of Windows. As a result, the Lab-Volt software may not be able to access the security device.
How to Fix:
Download and run the self extracting files which will install new security device drivers that are compatible with all versions of Windows.

Under Windows 98, a failure occurs when you ZOOM or use a MARKER in SIMVIEW.
Full Description of the Problem:
Open an example file with SIMCAD. Run PESIM and make the simulation calcultions. View the results with SIMVIEW. Select, to view one or many traces. At this point, if you ZOOM or use a MARKER, a program failure occurs.
How to Fix:
Replace the SIMVIEW.EXE, SIMVIEW.HLP, README.DOC and PESIM.EXE files in the \\PESIM folder with the updated files. The files are available by downloading and running the self-extracting file PF1023.EXE.
